  • Added Prompt Studio dictation with browser microphone capture, PCM downsampling, speech status and transcription APIs, and Wyoming protocol transcription through a faster-whisper sidecar.

  • Showed Whisper connection status in the header and documented Docker environment controls for the faster-whisper sidecar so dictation availability is visible before recording.

  • Added AGENTS.md improvements by Railsmith as a bundled maintenance task, plus repository-local AGENTS.md guidance for Molten Hub Code conventions.

  • Fixed library task reruns by preserving the library task name in replay payloads, clearing expanded prompts before marshal, and re-expanding the task on parse.

  • Hardened failure follow-up routing by logging runtime-offline marks and treating blocked shell network access or browser-only asset capture as non-remediable failure classes.

  • Prevented duplicate BigBrain approval submissions by tracking pending decisions, disabling Steer and Approve actions while requests are in flight, and waiting for server approval events before clearing the panel.

  • Redirected stale /knowledge-base/2 URLs back to the knowledge base root and refreshed the knowledge base listing meta description.
